Realizing the significance of political communication through internet, FreedomGate Pakistan organized a seminar on “Political Communication in the IT Age & Web Designing” for the capacity building of the FNSt partners making them familiar with new tools and gadgets available for communication. The workshop aimed at enabling the partners/ participants to use the new campaigning and lobbying techniques for the promotion of their liberal messages. Blog is the rightly identified tool to share news, views of the current time. The bloggers creatively created their newsletter and learnt to manage its mass or restricted circulation through specific mailing lists.  The moderators also made the participants conscious of managing an online reputation of their creations.

In this IT age, the image of an organization is its website. The face, the facade and the fabric of the modern organization are more dependent on how it exists and maintains itself on the virtual horizon. The second phase of this seminar was to equip the participants with the skill of content management at the websites by putting in taking out the materials into the work flow.
